The Light Factory Contemporary Museum of Photography and Film conducted an outreach program entitled, Self Image. Students created photographs and stop motion animations that expressed their personal perspective on their identity and anti-identity or stereotypes. Professional teaching artist, Jen Crickenberger, guided students through the creative process at Hawthorne and Myers Park High Schools.

Want to participate?
Students ages 15-18 from all over the world are encouraged to participate in this program and exhibition. All you have to do is complete the two photography assignments (click the tabs above) and upload your photographs to our Flickr Group Pool. It's great practice and exposure.
